These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the slatgo platform at slatgo.app, including all games, betting services, payment processing, and account features. By registering or using slatgo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
Important Notice
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and slatgo ("we", "us", "the Platform", "slatgo"). You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use slatgo. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the slatgo platform.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with slatgo. This age requirement reflects the legal minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as applicable to online gaming operations. slatgo enforces this requirement strictly. Any Player found to be under 21 at the time of registration will have their account permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. slatgo's Services are made available to residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of slatgo is lawful in your jurisdiction. slatgo reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered slatgo account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances associated with duplicate accounts.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to keep this information updated. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. slatgo will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details. You must notify slatgo immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.1 Verification Requirement. slatgo is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and when account activity warrants review. This requirement is imposed under applicable Philippine gaming regulatory guidelines and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
3.2 Accepted Identification. For KYC purposes, slatgo accepts the following Philippine government-issued identification documents: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), SSS ID, GSIS ID, driver's license (LTO), Philippine passport, PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID, and Voter's ID. All submitted documents must be current, valid, and clearly legible.
3.3 Consequences of Non-Verification. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on withdrawal processing. slatgo reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where adequate verification cannot be completed.
3.4 Right to Request Additional Documents. slatgo reserves the right to request additional documents at any time, including proof of address, source of funds documentation, or additional identity verification, in compliance with applicable AML and regulatory requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. slatgo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change. Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and transaction limits are as published on the Platform at the time of transaction.
4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the timeline applicable to the selected payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are subject to standard domestic transfer timelines. slatgo does not guarantee specific processing timelines but will process withdrawals without unreasonable delay.
4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your slatgo account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from criminal activity. slatgo reserves the right to investigate the source of funds at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the origin of funds cannot be satisfactorily established.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. slatgo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to accounts not held in the Player's verified name.
5.1 Bonus Terms. slatgo may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional credits from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, multipliers, and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds are typically used before real-money funds unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Abuse of Bonuses. slatgo reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, fraudulent claim of multiple accounts, or any other manipulation of promotional offers. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at slatgo's sole discretion.
5.4 Modification of Promotions. slatgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already satisfied the promotion's conditions prior to modification will be entitled to the originally offered reward.
6.1 Permitted Use. slatgo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. slatgo reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where bets are placed in error, where system anomalies are detected, or where bet acceptance would expose slatgo to unacceptable liability.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, table, and market. Current limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to placement. slatgo reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
7.3 Palpable Errors. In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp") in sports betting markets — including odds that are clearly incorrect due to technical failure or human error — slatgo reserves the right to void all affected bets regardless of the stated outcome. Bets placed at erroneous prices will not be honoured.
7.4 Game Results. For RNG (Random Number Generator) games, results are determined by certified software. For live dealer games, the outcome of the physical game event is final. For sports betting, results are determined by the relevant sporting body's official decision. Any subsequent review, appeal, or amendment by the sporting body may result in revision of settled bets.
8.1 Commitment. slatgo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising harm to Players. We provide tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from accessing slatgo may activate self-exclusion from their account settings. Self-exclusion may be applied for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, slatgo will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access. Players under self-exclusion should not attempt to circumvent this restriction by creating new accounts — any such accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
8.3 Age Restriction. slatgo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If slatgo has reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, slatgo will suspend the account immediately pending age verification and reserves the right to permanently close the account and void all associated winnings.
8.4 Responsible Gaming Resources. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to visit the slatgo Responsible Gaming page for tools and resources. Gambling should remain entertainment — if it is causing harm, seek help immediately.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the slatgo Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and user interface designs, is the property of slatgo or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the slatgo Platform without prior written authorisation. The limited licence granted in Section 6.1 does not include any right to sublicense or transfer.
slatgo collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at slatgo.app/privacy-policy. By using slatgo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. slatgo complies with applicable Philippine data protection obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
11.1 Service Availability. slatgo provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. slatgo makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, and telecommunications failures may affect Platform availability.
11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slatgo's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's slatgo account at the time the claim arose. slatgo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of the basis of the claim.
11.3 Gambling Losses. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. slatgo is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of its games and betting markets. The existence of a house edge on casino games and sports betting margins is a known and accepted feature of the Services.
slatgo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a notice displayed upon login, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of slatgo Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through slatgo's customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe that slatgo has acted in breach of applicable Philippine gaming regulations may raise a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with PAGCOR's established complaint procedures.
