All third-party data processors engaged by slatgo are contractually required to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures and to process personal data only in accordance with slatgo's documented instructions.
7.1 Active Accounts. Personal data associated with an active slatgo account is retained for as long as the account remains active and as necessary to provide services, maintain regulatory compliance, and resolve disputes.
7.2 Closed Accounts. Upon account closure, slatgo retains personal data for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with Philippine AML record-keeping requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended). Financial transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and financial reporting laws.
7.3 KYC Records. Identity verification documents and KYC records are retained for the period prescribed by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law, which is generally no less than five (5) years from the date of the last transaction.
7.4 Marketing Data. Personal data processed solely on the basis of consent for marketing purposes is deleted within thirty (30) days of consent being withdrawn, unless the data is also required to be retained for another purpose described above.

slatgo's services are strictly for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. slatgo does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. The 21+ age requirement is enforced during registration and KYC verification. If slatgo becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately closed, personal data deleted (subject to legal retention obligations), and any associated balance forfeited.
Parents and guardians who believe their child has created a slatgo account should contact slatgo support immediately with evidence of the account holder's age for prompt investigation and closure.
slatgo may transfer personal data to third-party service providers whose infrastructure or operations are located outside the Philippines, including cloud infrastructure providers and certified game providers. Any such transfers are conducted only to countries or organisations that provide an adequate level of data protection, or subject to appropriate contractual safeguards consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and National Privacy Commission regulations on cross-border data transfers.
By using slatgo and accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to the transfer of your personal data outside the Philippines where necessary for the provision of services, subject to the safeguards described in this Section.
slatgo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a notice displayed upon login, no less than seven (7) days before the updated Policy takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of slatgo after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
